I can't believe it has been over a year since I have posted! So much for "starting" my blog last year. :( It is sad to me that life gets so busy and I don't have time to document it. I want to be a good journal/blog keeper, but I have always been so busy with school, work and play. That has been my excuse, anyway. I know I need to make the time. I made the time on my mission and I love being able to look back on the things I went through and how I was feeling at the time. There are so many things this last year that have happened that I wish I would have documented at that time, but now I can only write about them in retrospect, as I remember them.
Now that my life has taken a complete one-eighty in the last year or so, I hope that I can change this pattern and document my life as it goes along.
It is funny how things change. After reading my post from last year, I am nowhere near the place I had expected to be at that time. I didn't end up going to nursing school and Scott didn't end up getting deployed. Instead, we had a baby girl named Scotlyn, moved to Evans, CO and bought our first place. Although our path has changed, I am very happy.

Happy First Father's Day to my wonderful husband who happens to be in Louisiana playing ARMY. I am so sad we aren't together to celebrate, but I love you so much and I am so grateful for all you do for me and Littles. :)
